Peter Doyle is the Audio Division Chief from the Media Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission. Earlier this week he spoke to broadcasters about two issues. One of those issues they've been dealing with for quite some time, converting to digital. And, the other is brand new, a requirement that stations prove to the commission that advertiser contracts have a non-discrimination disclaimer. The FCC has a much more fancy and legal way of describing that requirement, however, that's what it is.
